With an engagement to create a case management system to help United Technologies Corporation (UTC) to manage its corporate ethics compliance function, things began to change. The project for UTC led to the development of a specialized case management system designed to support the needs of ethics offices and other compliance professionals. Responding to surging demand for its unique offering, Software Impressions recently relocated to new offices, at 21C Arts Center Court in Avon. "We were looking for a place that would give us room to grow from the four people we started with to twenty or more within the near future," said company principal and managing director Mike Daigle. "Finding a space that would reflect the creative nature of our development team and would encourage a collaborative, communicative environment were priorities. Having recently expanded its team with new sales and software development talent, Software Impressions has begun building a customer service organization and will continue expansion in its other functional areas.
